GOOD FISH SARDINES ON TOAST

Sardines on toast
 

275g Good Fish Sardines in extra virgin olive oil

Quantity good quality sourdough

2 tablespoons capers

1/3 cup dill

Lemon, to serve

Sea salt

Pepper

Allow for two sardines per slice of toast. Top with torn dill, scattered capers and a good squeeze of lemon. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to serve.
